Gefühlt könnte man wahrscheinlich die Hälfte des Buches einfach streichen, weil die Autorin sich ständig wiederholt. Alle Nase lang beteuert sie, was sie, ihr Buch und ihr Online-Program für Veränderungen bewirken kann/wird. Die tatsächlichen Informationen erschienen mir dann manchmal etwas fragwürdig.Ich weiß nicht, ob ihr zweites Buch vllt mehr und bessere Informationen hergibt. Ich werde es zumindestens nicht darauf ankommen lassen und lieber in ein anderes Buch investieren.

Good book but if you are a health practitioner it won’t give you too much. For women and men that want to improve knowledge, it is a good one indeed!

It’s a fantastic book! I’m not native English speaking so not quite easy to read, but I totally recommend it. Helps you to get in touch with yourself and your body- indeed: it’s talking to you all the time, we just didn’t learn it’s language.

ITs a full guide for all the people, men should be know this info, WoMEN should do teach this to your kids. You can save so much time and money with a helathy body.

Das Buch hätte locker nur halb so dick gemusst. Es ist leider sehr anstrengend geschrieben da in jedem Kapitel Eigenwerbung für das FLO-Programm oder Beratung gemacht wird in Länge und Breite. Schade ansonsten eigentlich wirklich guter und wichtiger Inhalt für Frauen. Ich lese eig sehr gern aber dieses Buch hat mir trotz dessen das mich das Thema interessiert schwer zu schaffen gemacht. Ich habe oft Seiten übersprungen oder keine Lust mehr gehabt zu lesen wegen dieser ganzen Eigenwerbung.

Interessantes Konzept, das zu mehr Achtsamkeit mit dem eigenen Körper und dem Zyklus anregt. Die Ernährungsempfehlungen haben größtenteils keine wissenschaftliche Grundlage und engen sehr ein. Im Alltag mit kleinen Kindern oder auf Reisen stelle ich mir das sehr schwierig vor. Aber ich stelle tatsächlich fest, dass bestimmte Aktivitäten zu bestimmten Zyklusphasen besser oder leichter gelingen als zu anderen. Insofern hat die Lektüre mich bereichert.

It is a precious treasure of knowledge for non professionals who care and want to treat their bodies with wisdom and kindness. you can re-read the many details and have it as a true handbook for living. i’m loving it.

If you have any hormonal issues or if you want to understand your body better and just maintain good hormonal health then you need this book. Buy it and also gift it to women around you! There is so much I learnt that I had no idea about it. For example, how food effects our periods and how small changes can affect overall well-being. What I also loved is that the book has practical tips on very everyday situations.
