Ein Buch nur für Menschen, die bereit sind für ihre Gesundheit aktiv zu werden.Für diese, ist es “die” Goldgrube.

Author writes very convincing. He made it simple to understand the four major factors for a healthy live and shows how you can implement these.

Ich mochte auch schon die vorherigen Bücher des Autors (u.a. Spectrum) und sie stellen aus meiner Sicht einen wichtigen Ansatz zur Besserung chronischer Krankheiten dar. Auch wenn es in diesem Bereich, wie natürlich auch allgemeiner im Bereich der Ernährung an sich, keine letzten Wahrheiten gibt, habe ich für mich bis jetzt keinen nachvollziehbareren und kompakterren Ansatz gefunden, der im Einklang mit vielen wissenschaftlichen Studien steht und zugleich empirisch fundierte Hoffnung auf eine Besserung gibt. Allerdings wird man auch hier sicherlich in Bezug auf manche Aussagen konträre Befunde und Einschätzungen finden können. Für mich persönlich wäre hier z.B. die Rolle des Olivenöls ein wichtiger Punkt in der Ernährung gewesen, der mehr Aufmerksamkeit hätte erfahren können und auch kontroverse Diskussion verdient hat.

In jeder Hinsicht bahnbrechend. Ein Rundumschlag auf höchstem Niveau.
