This book changes that, and will take you on a journey to whatever level of fitness you want to find.

I’m a real fan of Ross Edgley, but the book was a bit of a letdown.Thematically, it’s a bit all over the place and doesn’t really teach you much new stuff if you’re already quite into fitness. What bothered me most, though, was that alot of the content was just reports of Ross breaking some record (Treeathlon, climbing the height of Mt. Evererst on a rope, etc.). If you follow Ross Edgley you probably already know all of these stories. The book wasn’t a total letdown, though. The info is well researched and free from bro science as far as I could tell. If the book were better structured, more factual and less about Ross’s adventures it would be worth 4 or 5 stars.

Very funny, witty and interesting book. This must be one of the most enjoyable fitness reads that has fallen into my hands. DESERVED 5 Stars 🙂

Very inspiring book. Doesn’t give you a training template or specific nutritional advice. Rather the author tells his own story about the feats he accomplished. First of all they are very impressive but more important the book teaches you: do any sports and always give your best in every single workout.
