In general, it is a good book about a low-carb and high-fat diet including recommendations for social life, sleep etc.Personally, i have deep respect for people who can follow all recommendations and the 14 days plan included at the end. Unfortunately, some of the things are not feasible for me. I would love to buy only organic food and green-field meat, but due to budget constraints as a student it is simply not possible.Nevertheless, i really liked that the author explained the newest scientific research in this field.
