I had already seen two podcasts with Panda and read about the circadian rhythm in the past. There were some new insights but overall I like the well rounded information. I have implemented several lessons from this book into my life.

Super interessantes Thema, ich habe viel gelernt und es hat mir die Augen geöffnet! Allerdings hätte man die Insights auch in nicht mal der Hälfte der Seiten aufs Papier bringen können, es wiederholt sich sehr viel und ist teils etwas langwierig.

Changes lifes

First and most important diagram, that i was expecting to understand and memorize, of the 24 hour circadian rhythm, was without timestamps and otherwise confusing (page 11).Sadly not much new for me, and with some of the minor points i couldnt even fully agree … otherwise .. ok i guess

What an amazing book! Everyone should read it and incorporate the info in this book into their lives! Mind-blowing and educational! A must-read!
