This book is full of mind blowing information. I am brewing kombucha over a year now, but I had no such a deep understanding of this topic at all. For example, for a long period of time, I used to brew only using herbal teas like peppermint. I did not know that other than green, black, oolong or pu erh is not very good for kombucha. At this moment all of my scobies are pretty poor and not producing full and rich flavors like it used to. I am going to come back to the classic – green tee and I believe, it will help my scobies to get to the normal healthy state. What I want to say is – I am just at the beginning of the book and I learned more information than during one year of brewing.Thank you for creating this guide! I really love it! 🙂

Really nice book that met my expectations. Still reading though, but really helpful.

A definite must for those who are looking for a great kombucha book and lots of delicious recipes to make!

I loved the book it has many tips and recipes, all the process is well described….

Well written and a real joy to read. While there are so many false claims about Kombucha out there (everything from “it can kill you” to “it can cure cancer”), this book offers a refreshingly honest and fast based version of what Kombucha is and why it is so good for you.The booke goes through all the elements needed for brewing Kombucha, descriving what a SCOBY is (and is not), why good ingredients matter, the correct equipment to use, pitfalls to look out for, and it has a range of fantastic recipes.

Tolles Bich mit hilfreichen Infos und interessantem Hintergrundwissen. Auch die zahlreichen Rezepte sind super!

Simply an absolute beautiful designed book which covers every topic around Kombucha.Hopefully a german version of this book will be released in future too.

Everything what you need to know about kombucha!
