Terrible book, all the recipes are based on toxic animal products rather than vegan plant based foods. All major world health organizations and top Dr’s And Prof. Recommend to avoid animal products. Ich weiß nicht, ob es an der Ausgabe liegt oder am Buch selbst, aber es finden sich viele Widersprüche in dem Buch. z.B. darf man keine Zwiebeln in der healing phase aber diese stehen auf der “complete list for the healing phase”. Es gibt auch 3 Listen für die erste Phase die sich widersprechen oder unterscheiden (+ Einkaufsliste die wieder anders ist).Auch ansonsten ist das Buch eher negativ, direkt am Anfang wird man verängstigt statt aufgebaut und es sind mMn viel zu viele tierische Produkte involviert, was nicht gesund ist.Man findet leider sonst im Internet keine brauchbaren PH Listen (nur für ne basische Ernährung, was etwas anderes ist), weswegen ich das Buch behalte, sonst ginge es zurück. Positiv ist aber halt, dass man zumindest ein paar Anhaltspunkte hat um diese Form der Ernährungstherapie zu testen, auch wenn ich von einem Buch etwas weniger Widersprüche erwarte.

This is book is of excellent help if you have any acid, coughing or GERD problems.It is important to address these problems as severe GERD may put you at increased risk for some type of cancers later in life.I highly recommend it.
