Unmittelbar und leicht verständlich. Ganz nah an der Praxis. Buch und gleichzeitig eine geführte Meditation per Handy-App haben mir die Meditation zugänglich gemacht.

Wenn man Medidation abstrahiert von Esoterik oder Religion wirklich lernen will, dann sollte man diese Buch auf jeden Fall kaufen. Die einzelnen Techniken werden sehr einfach dargestellt.Klare Kaufempfehlung meinerseits.

Der Autor kann sehr gut den körperlichen und geistigen Zustand vermitteln und führt einen sehr gut in das Thema Meditation ein. Dazu gibt es schöne Kurzmeditationen und verschiedene klassische Meditationsvarianten.Kaufempfehlung (insb. für Einsteiger)
