Time and money can be a problem when you’re trying to implement the suggested changes to get yourself better. Tricky to get the right products outside the USA. The book is a great place to start though.

Zee nuttig boek voor mensen met Hashimoto immuun ziekte.

I’d like to say that I*ve been struggling for over 6 years ( Hashimotos, Rheumatiod artritis) with constant brainfog, tiredness, and lots of pain. I’ve tried this book because I was pretty desperate. So up until phase 3 I could stay a vegetarian (since 22 years) but in phase 3 it was simply not possible anymore. I fell like I*ve tried so much, but putting meat into my diet again, was the hardest and biggest step I ever did. But without it the restrictions would just be to big and I just wouldnt have gotten in the protein I need. So I did it … and 2 weeks into phase 3 i started feeling the change. My brain fog was slowly going away. At first I didnt want to say anything, I was so afraid that after 6 years I might be imagining things … But its clearly going away. My energy is coming back and when I wake up in the morning I actually feel rested for a change. From this stage I pretty much moved into AIP (Autoimmun protocol) and I’m there for 3 month now. I’m not free of pain yet, but clearly on the right path. Due to AIP I found other people that went through the same struggles I did. That gave me so much strength to know, I’m not alone.This book open the path to healing for me and I thank Izabella Wentz with all my heart. Thank you.

Gutes sachbuch

Das erste Buch von Izabella Wentz war schon bahnbrechend, in diesem führt sie ihre Arbeit weiter und bietet einen sehr klaren Wegweiser, wie man Schritt für Schritt zur Besserung findet.Sehr informativ, ausprobiert habe ich es noch nicht.
